Nominated as a SEEN Changemaker: Christin's goal is to eliminate Workplace Bullying. After suffering many years of this abusive treatment in the workplace, it is her mission to make sure that no other person should have to endure this treatment by their employer.  Her passion is to foster fair and equitable treatment in the workplace through legislation. Her Mantra is: "It is unacceptable, in any way, to think that abuse is a condition for a salary or a paycheck". Her non-profit organization seeks to raise awareness, raise funding for mental healthcare, offer legal and mental health referrals, and a hotline for those suffering from workplace bullying.
