How You Can Help

There are many ways you can help in making a positive difference in the workplace.  We invite you to:

  • Volunteer in supporting our hotline calls  and/or bring your enthusiasm to assist us in our events and conferences (full-time or part-time is available).
  • Become a Mission Ambassador by spreading the word about our amazing cause.  The goal is to leave no stone un-turned in communicating to the world our Mission:  Bringing awareness and eradicating workplace bullying in addition to providing prevention methods up to the support of legislation to making workplace bullying illegal.
  • Bring Your Professional Support - Whether you're a Legislator, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Attorney, or an Employee of a Federal Agency for Employment or know someone who is and looking for a great cause to support - We would greatly appreciate your services in assisting in the needs of employees suffering emotional abuse and imbalance in the workplace. Our goal is to provide the best mental health and properly represented defense for those who feel powerless.  As employees heal and feel supported we want to also ensure that this behavior isn't tolerated, preventing future bullying and mobbing - ensuring Workplace Bullying be stopped in its tracks and enforced by the law.
  • Donate - Donations are tax-deductible, contributions in any amount are always appreciated because every penny counts to ensure we are successful in supporting affected employees in need of short-term financial assistance during what can be a very fragile time in their lives.
  • Purchase & Wear Our Merch - We have apparel for Men, Women & Teens to support the Boss Up Culture Movement.  We are proud of the line of products we have to offer and sure you will find our organization stylishly easy to represent - proceeds benefit the needs of the employees affected by workplace bullying through our Grant Program.
  • Speak Up! - If you are a witness to workplace bullying and allow it to continue, you are unfortunately supporting the issue.  We know that a lot of bystanders are afraid to speak up as they want to protect their own careers however in doing so, you help your fellow co-worker and any action taken against you for doing what is right is deemed retaliation - which is illegal.
  • End Workplace Bullying In Your Place of Business - Change begins with you.  If you are a business owner or in a position of authority, you have the power to change the culture of your work environment for the better.  Eradicating this issue helps you to avoid high costs associated with this problem as well as your companies reputation.  Integrate Rules & Policies detailing Employees Right's in which any behavior associated with workplace bullying is not tolerated.  Implement a reporting system that is confidential and truly in favor of the employee -  Letting them know they are supported  and that they can trust their employer in having their best interest, safety, and well-being at heart.

Thank You In Advance in your support in any way!
